Magistrate sues over relative's assault claims

Nothing like keeping it in the family...
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
Maybe its a case of a little slap and tickle!

I know Mr Westcott personally. I know that we never know what goes on behind closed doors, but he is a lovely man - kind and gentle.
ReplyDeleteHe is also seriously ill and would only bring this action if he were innocent of Dr Westcott's allegations.
Just to compound matters, he was flooded out in the July flooding. He does not deserve suck ill luck.
