McCanns: Childkillers spin doctor criticises the police
Clarence Mitchell the spin doctor employed by the McCanns to try and convince the world of their innocence in the death and disappearance of Madeleine, has been criticised by the Portuguese police for being an interfering busybody. According to Clarence Mitchell, who was sacked by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office for tipping off the McCanns that they were being monitored by the Portuguese police, "The Portuguese police have yet to explain how these statements came to be leaked". However, it is not up to the police to explain to the prime suspects. Rather, it is for the McCanns to explain what happened to Madeleine in the apartment and what they did with her body afterwards. Clarence Mitchell claims that the police are not helping to find Madeleine. Perhaps, Gerry can help the police with that?
