Terror suspect Abu Qatada will not be deported
Once more the government's attempt to deport a terrorist suspect to face torture and/or an unfair trial in a foreign country has failed in the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (SIAC).
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
Abu Qatada is radical who preaches burning the infidel with all his local environmental trappings such as TV and comfortable housing while his own people burn and suffer. I take it that you won't mind if this arsehole moves in next to you then...
