Chelsea siege gunman 'was a barrister'
"A gunman shot dead by police after a five hour stand-off was a practising barrister, it was revealed today.
Mark Saunders, 32, was named locally as the man at the centre of a gun battle in upmarket Markham Square, Chelsea, in West London.
Mr Saunders worked in family law, specialising in the division of property and other assets during divorce. According to QEB Chambers, Mr Saunders is a graduate of Christ Church, Oxford, and was called to the Bar in March 1999".
Judge's son jumping off a bridge, barrister in shoot out with police, is the legal world suddenly going mad?
