A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
Might have to clear and reinstall, John. That's what I did.

Scroogle is a Google scraper.
It gives you all the Google results minus all the adverts which are scraped off.
In addition, there are no search term records, no tracking cookies and the access log is deleted after 24 hours.
You can also use Yahoo scraper on the same site.
My home page looks like this :

The problem is that the 'everlasting' Google cookie allows them to control all your emails etc as well as tracking you all over the net.
Don't make it too easy for them.

I had the same problem yesterday, couldn't access any "blogspot" blogs. It must have been something to do with Karoo.
ReplyDeletejemmy hope: A friend wondered if that was the case, however, when I checked the Karoo website it stated the status was ok. Porkies? Main thing it's alright now.
