Guantanamo Bay detainees given right to challenge imprisonment in court

"The US Supreme Court has delivered a stinging rebuke to George W Bush by ruling that detainees held at Guantanamo Bay were entitled to challenge their incarceration in courts on the American mainland".

It appears that the days are numbered for George Bush's war on terror...

  2. My boss' son is one of the attorneys on this case. Yesterday, it was so awesome to hear him on the phone, leaving him a voicemail saying, "Good job, son. I'm proud of the work you do."

  5. Perhaps they should of just let all these fanatics run around the world and no one would bitch then? Or would they, there would be cries of these murderous fanatics must be stopped. Invite them all over to Britain, if they dont deserve to be locked up, have them in your back yard then.
