Tesco price rises every lot helps profits

Tesco price rises every lot helps profits

I'm fuming. I just took Rocky for his afternoon walk, and on the way back I popped into Tesco Express. I bought a large tin of Winalot @ £1.25 for Rocky (I will probably have to force feed him as he generally turns his nose up at tinned dog food). And picked up a pound of their cheapest Thick Pork sausages. When I checked the receipt at the automatic check out, it stated that the sausages are priced @ £1.25! I regularly buy these and the price is usually £1.00. I went to check the price at the shelf and they had gone up 25p! A 5 shilling increase in one foul swoop! Daylight bloody robbery! It might have been justified to increase by a few pence, but not by that much.

  4. White Rabbit: LOL. It was a bit subtle as far as satire goes. No worries.
