Britons in bogus degrees scam

Nearly 150 Britons are among thousands of people to have bought academic qualifications from a network of fake online universities in America, a BBC investigation has found.

I find it incredible that these people who are masquerading as doctors, paid money to obtain a degree and did no course work or examinations and yet claim they did not know it was a scam.
