Lord Ahmed killer driver

Lord Ahmed killer driver

Because Lord Ahmed was dangerously driving in that he was texting on his mobile phone at the time he crashed into another car and killing the driver, he should have taken full responsibility for his conduct. Neither he nor his lawyer is claiming that Lord Ahmed is responsible for the death by dangerous driving. However, the evidence is that his dangerous driving led to the death. Something is fishy about a system which allows Lord Ahmed to plead guilty to the lesser charge of dangerous driving, when the charge should have been causing death by dangerous driving which is what happened here. I sincerely hope that the family of the dead man continue to pursue Lord Ahmed and sue him for damages at private law. The government is big on offenders taking responsibility for their actions. Obviously, for Lord Ahmed they have made an exception to the rule. It begs the question "Why?".

Had justice been done in this case, Lord Ahmed should be facing 7 years in prison.
