Report critical of prison staff

Report critical of prison staff

A report into the suicide of a prisoner at Maghaberry jail has recommended disciplinary procedures against the governor and deputy governor.

prison staff being held accountable for their actions?! That should revolutionise the penal system... And is that the deafening sound of silence i hear from the prison officers association? They never seem to be by a phone at times like this. Strange...
