The Times loses internet libel court battle

"Last week in Strasbourg, the Times lost its claim in the European Court of Human Rights that the way libel law in the UK applies to online newspaper archives breaches the right to freedom of expression under article 10 of the European Convention".
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
