CIA no longer using secret prisons, director says
The CIA is no longer operating secret prisons where suspected terrorists were interrogated with harsh techniques that included waterboarding, agency director Leon Panetta said on Thursday.
I suspect that the CIA will continue its illegal activities regardless, they will just change the names and locations, and it will be business as usual.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
