God is on our side in the Prisoners Votes Case

This is one of the documents the government did not want you to see. Despite the government promising to publish the responses to its consultation exercise, and being severely criticised by the Joint Committee on Human Rights for failing in this regard. Neither the law nor the Church supports the government on this issue. Perhaps prisoners should adopt the hymn Onward Christian Soldiers?
