An old cattle ranching town in what was once the Wild West is so desperate to boost its ailing economy that it is offering its empty jail as a new home for the inmates of Guantanamo Bay.
Cannot understand why you would build a prison if it was not really needed. I hope this catches on over here...
It will be needed very much once FEMA get going.
