Gary McKinnon: British hacker to be extradited

Gary McKinnon, the British hacker who infiltrated American military websites searching for proof of alien life, has lost his High Court appeal against extradition to the US.

Mr Spock not Mr Spook!

In a 41-page ruling, the judges said extradition was "a lawful and proportionate response to his offending".

His mother, Janis Sharp, said outside court: "We are heartbroken. If the law says it's fair to destroy someone's life in this way then it's a bad law."

The way the Americans are acting in this case, you would think that he singlehandedly brought down the Twin Towers on 9/11!

She made an impassioned appeal to Barack Obama to halt attempts to extradite her son.
His lawyers today sent a letter to the U.S. president signed by 40 British MPs asking him to step in and 'bring this shameful episode to an end'.
She said: 'Stand by us and make this world a better place, a more compassionate place.
'Obama wouldn't have this. He doesn't want the first guy extradited for computer misuse to be a guy with Asperger's, a UFO guy. He wouldn't want this.
'I'm just praying, please hear us, Obama, because I know you would do the right thing.
'I know you would have the strength to stand up and not have this

This just proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Gordon Brown is so far up the american's arseholes he can see what they are having for breakfast before they even put it in their mouths.
Brown, a gutless, grovelling shit of a man. He has no honour at all. I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.

Shame that the greedy money grabbers in the goverment did not think it was "improper to meddle in the mccann case the way they do with Gary's. No balls as usual.

Cameron has thrown his weight behind this appeal to Obama...Nothing to do with Gary of course, he just wants to sucker up to the President ready for his election. Votes are all he cares about. Harriet Harman ,who it states is running the country while Broon is paddling his toes ,...has said it may be possible for Garry to serve his time in Britain. Now is that from the top of her bubble head or is this a fact?
