Prosecutors say they will seek a retrial of three men who had been accused of taking part in a plan to blow up transatlantic airliners.
We will keep putting these men on trial until a jury reaches a verdict which suits us. Derren Brown has predicted that eventually the odds are that a jury will become tired of it all and the CPS will win the Lotto.
