Frank Field a beacon of light in the expenses scandal with a lamp shade on his head
MPs' expenses: Frank Field joins revolt by refusing to repay £7,000
Frank Field, the former Labour minister, has become the most senior MP to refuse a on official demand to repay money he claimed in parliamentary expenses.
Having read this I'm afraid to say Mr. Field is just another troughing Parliamentary piggy.
ReplyDeleteBB: Thanks for the link but I have seen the info elsewhere. I almost went with the is his halo slipping.
ReplyDeleteUs honest ones ought to stand against them...
You must have read my mind!
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking of standing against our local MP the good Mrs. Balls.
However it would have to be as some sort of independent candidate as I can't see any party I would wish to ally myself with.
Unless of course it was the "Hang 'em high from any lamp post" Party!
I think the only excuse these troughing trotters who are like a bunch of kleptomaniacs can say to defend themselves is this.
ReplyDelete" I have Kleptomania. But when it gets bad I take something for it"
Would this stand up in a court of law. Most probably as the Judge is usually on the take as well.
