What a pity a court does not take a view of the McCanns activities

What a pity a court does not take a view of the McCanns activities

The libel action brought by Madeleine McCann's parents against a Portuguese detective who published a book claiming the girl is dead has been postponed.

"In his book, The Truth Of The Lie, Goncalo Amaral questioned the McCanns' account that Madeleine was taken while they were eating with friends.

The McCanns claim the book defames them by questioning their version of events, and are seeking £1.2m in damages
".

Where do the McCanns get the idea that nobody is allowed to question their version of events?

I have questioned their version of events from the outset. Have they tried to sue me for libel? Have they hell as like!

Instead of trying to silence criticisms, why do the McCanns not answer these 3 simple questions?

1. What child abduction?
2. Why did you fake a break-in at Apartment 5A?
3. Why did you claim it was safe to leave 3 children under 4 years of age unsupervised whilst you went out binge drinking?

I look forward to reading an English translation of Mr Amaral's second book, A Mordaca Inglesa (The English Gag).

There should be no peace for the wicked childkillers of Rothley until they are convicted!

"Most people would expect him to concentrate on the trial rather than launching any new book and the court will take its own view of his activities".

    My answer:
"-Most people would expect you to concentrate in the re opening of the case rather than playing starlets in the medias and the court would take its own view on YOUR ACTIVITIES"-

Go for it John. Just be careful of your release conditions.

Anyone employing Carter Ruck is both very wealthy and trying to evade something IMHO.

John: Surely you should appreciate that Carter Ruck and the likes of ACS:Law, Cherie Blair and Jack Straw are among the finest examples of companies and individuals associated with the English legal system which operates in the interests of the ordinary citizens, such as you and I, of this country and is admired throughout the world for being impartial.
