A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate"
(Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
You know there's stuff going on in the world. What are these fixations about? Make a difference, be principled, write responsibly. Don't be a loser. You're giving all ex-cons a bad name...also it makes you seem shallow and stupid. Folks are laughing at you.
That wouldn't happen to be same Mark Leech who runs The Mark Leech, I'm the Editor Mark Leech, prison newspaper is it? If it is the Mark Leech top bollocks Editor, I'd like to ask him why he hasn't answered my email regarding an article I'd written on prisoners families? Maybe it's because the article doesn't concern him perhaps!
Karen: The one and only. His rag only copies and pastes from other papers online, and fails to give any credit whatsoever. He wouldn't know an original article if it arrived on his desk!
Maybe we should all set up a charity so we can buy our own restaurants.. I hear it goes on a lot in Manchester. Well said Karen and Jailhouse Lawyer.. oops.. just one more thing.. I almost forgot certain penal reformers can afford budgies.. in the form of helicoptors may I add. Instead of helping people.. some people just seem intent on making as much money as they can from them. I read your blog John and I also support PFV all the way which may I add is wiping the floor with the many so called charities out there. Good work guys.
Well John, it seems people like Mark Leech and Partners Of Prisoners in Manchester are incapable of answering emails. I thought that those who campaigned for penal reform supported each other? Sadly that isn't the case. It seems it's competitive with groups that piss in the same pots. Well fair enough, if that really is the case then let the contest begin.

ReplyDeleteAnonymong: You wouldn't be Mark Leech or his bum chum Peter Johnson by any chance?
