Denial of freedom of speech?

Denial of freedom of speech?

Teesside hammer killer refused Guardian interview

A psychopath who bludgeoned a Teesside doctor to death with a hammer has been refused the right to a face-to-face interview with a newspaper journalist.

Without access to the law report I cannot make a proper assessment. However, on what little there is in the BBC report it would appear that the court has shown too much deference to internal prison rules and too little attention to the HRA and Article 10 of the Convention.
