According to the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) "Under the Dogs Act 1871, any person may make a complaint to a magistrates court that a dog is dangerous, or report the matter to the police. If the court is satisfied that a dog is dangerous and not kept under proper control, it may make an order for it to be controlled or destroyed".
Two such complaints have been made (yet again!)...
This morning I received from the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) LETTER TO DEFENCE WHERE THERE IS MATERIAL TO DISCLOSE
Many months down the line, I am still not aware of what is being alleged against me. The case is listed for 14 September 2010 at Hull Magistrates Court.
I've had a pretty good day down here and I'm about to round it off by getting pleasantly pissed. But this is the highlight by a long chalk. Very, very good news.
