Rupert Murdoch found dead in the Australian outback

Rupert Murdoch found dead in the Australian outback

Who owns The Australian Newspaper?

Answer

The Australian Is owned by Newscorp, started in 1964 by Rupert Murdoch as Australia's first national newspaper. Though it may have once held independent opinion, it was co-opted by self serving ideologues of the Liberal Party and is nothing more then a mouthpiece for their policies.

I wasn't shocked to discover this answer to my question, because I expected as much when I read this article and thought this is the best argument against prisoners votes I have read. It is also sending a message down the strings to get David Cameron knee-jerking to pull out of the Council of Europe and the European Union, and use the Prisoners Votes Case as the shield for Rupert Murdoch's attack upon the UK's move towards becoming a democracy. There is nothing democratic about the UK being controlled by The Australian. The electorate's votes count for nothing: David Cameron has sold out to a foreigner who is not entitled to vote in this country.

Sky's the limit, Rupert Murdoch's bid to take over total control should be shoved where The Sun doesn't shine. In the Outback the Aboriginies revenge is called Payback. Make a stand for democracy and gut the Underbelly of this modern day Ned Kelly!

Update: Rupert Murdoch owns Johnston Press plc.
