Are John Alderton and Pauline Collins the neighbours from hell?
It comes to something when you cannot do what you want with your own land and property because of interfering neighbours claiming that it will interfere with their pleasure! In any event, I suspect that the grumpy old couple will only have a short victory because there is a good case for appeal or simply change the plans a bit.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
