ECtHR reform and the Interlaken Declaration and impact upon the UK
Member States of the Council of Europe and European Union must play a proactive role in the realisation of a Convention system which functions smoothly, not least through domestic remedies. Interlaken can therefore be seen as a watershed moment in the reform of the Court.
