*Ian Puddick was in court this week for launching an internet campaign (through Twitter, LinkedIn and blogs) against Timothy Haynes after he discovered that the City broker had had a 10-year affair with his wife.

Puddick cleared of harassing wife's lover on internet
Plumber Ian Puddick has been cleared of internet harassment after tweeting and blogging details of his wife's affair.
Surely the above is not a case of online harassment, and for The Independent to suggest as much amounts to defamation.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
