Cold Weather Payment
I received £200 at the end of November. It was cut from £250.
Last week I received a letter from The Pension Service informing me that because the average temperature is freezing or below freezing £25 will be paid into my account.
Today I received another letter stating the same.
Its a warm feeling to claw back the £50 deducted because of the cutbacks.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
