Officials warn of terrorist links to prison gangs

Bleeding obvious wasn't it! If we are going to keep banging terrorist up at the rate we are special facilities are needed for them, separate from the mainstream prison population. Ones where a realistic attempt at rehabilitation is made. But then again this opens another Pandora's box regarding special treatment for one section of the prison population against another. Lobbing the ball back in your court John - whats the solution?
BB: My understanding is that so-called terrorist suspects are kept locked away from the mainstream prison population.
Given that prison has long been called the "University of Crime" I fail to see how students can be prevented from learning in such an esteemed environment.
