Girls Aloud in 'murder' blog case

A civil servant is being prosecuted over an internet blog which detailed the kidnap, torture and murder of the pop group Girls Aloud.

    anyone read it? be interesting because this is the first example of this law being used in relation to the spoken word since lady chatterleys lover.

    What is him being arrested based on? its potential to incite someone to actually do it?
