Dinosaurs not extinct in the UK

Dinosaurs not extinct in the UK

Dinosaur fossils found in China are world's largest collection

Scientists in China say they have found the richest collection of dinosaur fossils in the world in the north eastern province of Shandong
.

If dinosaurs are extinct how come Brian Caton, General Secretary of the Prison Officer's Association, pictured below, is alive and well in the UK? In relation to the story below he had this to say: "As far as I am concerned they are convicts, they are prisoners, they are inmates.

"We should treat them fair and properly but prison should be tough. As we come to 2009, prisons should move away from being seen and actually being soft options to be challenging and demanding places of punishment.

"Without that we will continue to slide down in the views of the general public and will send people out of prison more likely to reoffend".

In 2007, Brian Caton spoke about 'the disgusting state of our prisons'. If he is not a dinosaur perhaps he is a schizophrenic?

Prisoners should not be called 'inmates', says MoJ

Prison officers have been told not to refer to their charges as "inmates" because it might offend them
.

Speaking of which...

Labour beware, the dinosaurs are not extinct

After a long period of irrelevance, the trade unions are back - and that could mean trouble for the centre Left

UPDATE: Apparently, it is being claimed that Brian Caton is not a dinosaur
