Man in fancy dress costume fails to address human rights violations



The accusation is that Kenneth Clarke, Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor, is more interested in attending a fancy dress party at the Royal Courts of Justice than addressing the UK's human rights violations!

I refer of course to Hirst v UK(No2). Perhaps, the Guardian and Afua Hirsch can now turn their attention to the important issue?

Would prisoners vote if they could?
