"Uses threatening words/behaviour to cause harassment alarm or distress
On 07/06/2010 at the City of Kingston upon Hull used threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby CONTRARY TO SECTION 5(1) AND (6) OF THE PUBLIC ORDER ACT 1986".
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
