Prison officer who harboured violent robber is jailed
A VIOLENT robber absconded from an open prison and took refuge at the home of an officer he was romancing, a court heard.
Andrea Clarke, aged 36, let lover Samuel Taylor stay at her house for 10 days after he fled from a prison.
Why on earth did Taylor grass up Clarke?

A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
Someone ought to write a sexual psychopathology of relationships between free females and incarcerated males -- focussing on the females, of course. I've observed it with amused and appalled fascination. I haven't the brain to begin to explain it, only to observe that a lot of it goes on.
