Man cleared in suicide rape case
"A man accused of raping a woman who later killed herself on a beach has had the case against him dropped.
Kim Corner, 34, of Billingham, Teesside, was found dead with a bottle of vodka and tablets at Seaton Carew.
Michael Nicholson, 39, from Berkley Court, Billingham, was formally cleared of rape at Teesside Crown Court on Friday after no evidence was submitted".
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
I seriously dont know what to make of this case. fuck me backwards.
