Kenneth Clarke and Jeremy Paxman on prisoners votes
Comment: Given that the programme was filmed on 30th of November, the date that the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe was examining the UK's failure to responsd to Hirst v UK (No2), Kenneth Clarke didn't seem to know what he was doing or talking about. Has he lost the plot? Not fit for purpose springs to mind.
