George Osborne breaches Official Secrets Act
Civil servants sign the Official Secrets Act. Civil Servants are required to be non political in their work. It is a criminal offence for a civil servant to pass sensitive documents belonging to the government onto another party. It is also a criminal offence for the other party to receive such documents. George Osborne is in possession of stolen property.
I trust that he will become the subject of a police investigation?
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
