A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.

And any decent criminologist would tell you exactly the same thing. It's not exactly something to scream from the rooftops, but there is logic and truth behind it.

Black people are more likely to be sectioned than white people and its not down to racism. In fact mental health problems amongst black people are left undiagnosed as the medical proffession does not want to be considered racist.
You have misrepresented the telegraph as the truth is it is a smear on council tenants. Then again i don't buy this guff that council tenants are the scum of the earth although they do live next door to the scum.
The report puts the blame on family breakdown and in black families the father is absent. No father to discipline children then the chances of that child going to prison increase.

And I said this: "The government is to claim that blacks are more likely to become criminals than whites".
I think that that was fairly accurately reported.
I then asked the question: "Racist or what?", and leave it up to the commenters to express their views. It's a fairly contentious issue and people tend to have strong views one way or another. I have not expressed a view, I just reported what I found and thought that it was interesting.
The committee concluded that the absence of a father figure is a key factor in the over-representation of young black men in the criminal system.
Perhaps black children without fathers would have accurate.
The article title is "The four Factors to a life of crime" your post is entitled Black is bad, white is good". JHL you are seeing racism in an article about crime and the factors that can lead to criminality.
The race angle is linked to the lack of a male role model in Black families. The fact that 59% of black mothers are lone parents is why having a black mother is incorrectly labelled as a factor.
