According to Joshua Rozenberg, Mr Justice Peter Winston Smith, who famously sat in judgment on the Da Vinci Code case, has now lost his sense of judgment and should no longer sit on the bench. It remains for him to resign or be removed by the Lord Chancellor. The Da Vinci Code case is here. But, it is this case which Mr Justice Peter Winston Smith judged, and the Court of Appeal later judged him to have lost his sense of judgment.
It would appear that Mr Justice Peter Winston Smith has become addled.
