Up before the beak
I have to attend Hull Magistrates Court this morning in relation to my alleged public disorder and Rocky being out of control...
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.

John, I have said to you in the past that you obviously do have enemies and are a marked man with some who can pull rank and can embellish facts and cause trouble.
I have said to you before to get a halti that fits over Rocky's muzzle and only tightens should he bark or pull etc, and to get an extension lead for him and walk him using it, and to show that you have done so.
Is it fair to Rocky? No it is not, BUT you would be seen by these small minded gits to be adhering to the rules - I take Rocky's side first and foremost but I side with the pair of you.
Making your point to the law (as you are famous and very adept to always do) will probably win you the battle but not this particular war - at the end of the day its Rocky's life which is at stake - it may be a good time to bow to a vicious and vindictive authority and not try to prove a personal point as Rocky will be the main one who will consequently suffer.
Am I on yours and Rocky's side? You bet I am! Please stop fighting where Rocky is concerned and simply take steps now to show the bloody world that you are controlling Rocky, else I fear he will be removed or be destroyed...his life comes before yours and I’m sure you feel like this as a pet owner (and most of us pet owners always put our dogs first and I know that you always do) Rocky was provoked and he protected you but it’s such a shame that some small minded over zealous idiots had and still have an axe to grind with you as a personal vendetta and are using your weakest link (Rocky) to score points. Now is the time to sorta obey the law with Rocky but to opt to other walks whereby Rocky can be free to run and play off the lead or to go out late at night or before dawn in the area that he knows and loves where he will be free to run off the lead and any halti muzzle.
I had this problem with an old dog of mine who ended up with a police record through no fault of his own. I know what I am talking about.

Stop fighting this issue John, I sadly think someone is out to get you via Rocky and he unfortunately he is in the line of fire.
