4 year old boy accused of racism

4 year old boy accused of racism

A headteacher has defended her decision to investigate an allegation that a four-year-old boy was guilty of racism during a game of chase.

Anne Phipps acted after Rocky Smith spat at a 10-year-old black boy on the school's playing field. She said she had no choice but to pursue the accusation, despite the child's age
.

Has the world gone fucking mad?

I disagree that racism cannot be founded on someone spitting. I have seen some Kurdish spit on the ground when I walk past. Not only is it a sign of contempt but it is also a sign of racism.

I spat at a white copper once. I am white. Does that make me racist against my own race?

Sounds like this teacher, like many others I can think of, has a personal axe to grind. She should get a life; get knowledge; love the world and her pupils more; those who can, do; those who can't, teach. Schools are full of incompetent human beings, and we wonder why are children turn out the way they do!

The school head seems to have acted quite properly. Such incidents have to be looked into. The Mail and Standard have blown it up to fit their agenda.
There was a comment online purporting to come from the victim's parents saying they were satisfied with the outcome. For sure, they have not been quoted in the article. On the face of it may seem OTT.
Never judge a book by a cover but have you seen the pic of him? Hardly the face of an angel (or his dad) and he's called Rocky!

The anonymous post is hardly shedding light on the situation. I bet the teacher has never heard the Shavian quote used about her profession!

One wonders why the boy's parents saw the need to pose for photos.
