Prisoner wins Death Row appeal

A British prisoner who has spent 20 years on Death Row in the US has had his death sentence overturned today by the Sixth Circuit federal court of appeal in Cincinnati, according to Amnesty International. Ken Ritchie, a former marine, may be released soon if the State of Ohio decides not to retry his case within 90 days.

What a great justice system they have in america. Convicted by evidence that was left out on a dump near some petrol pumps and then tried and sentenced by a trial without a jury?

Fucking stitch up.
