Magistrate jailed for 18 months for fraud
"A magistrate who told a businessman friend that he could make a court case against him "go away" has been jailed for 18 months".
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.

I saw this reported in yesterday's mail and I immediatly thought " Asian Businessman" and related it to how much our own little firm had been RIPPED OFF to the tune of £14,000 by an UNTOUCHABLE Asian "businessman?????" who by his own country's moral standards was a "low life" but is allowed to operate in this country due to our relaxed laws. These type of people are not tolerated in India due to their cast system but hapilly set up home here. Their credentials are rarely checked and to be absolutely honest this country is going to hell in a handbasket and a rickshaw.
