Is Lord West a traitor to the House of Lords?
It does appear as though Lord West is the puppet of Jacqui Smith.
Create the climate of fear in order to pass oppressive and repressive legislation.
It does not sit comfortably Lord West sat both in the House of Lords and on the lap of the Home Secretary.
