Why the Commission on English Prisons Today is a waste of time and money
David Wilson states: "A visit to Norway shows a much more humane approach to crime, reflected in lower prison populations".
How much did this visit cost and who paid the bill? Was it value for money or has someone ripped off someone or some organisation? I ask these questions simply because I discovered the same information, if not more, for nothing on the internet and it only took a few minutes of time.
