Hairdressers face jail for offering customers mulled wine
Hairdressers who offer their customers a festive glass of mulled wine at Christmas have been warned that they face six months in jail and a £20,000 fine.
Haven't Norwich City Council got better things to do than hound hairdressers?

Cherrypie: Doesn't it just. It takes some stretching of the legislation to claim a free drink constitutes selling.
Insufficient evidence 'm'lud' - the alleged letter is neither headed, nor signed. The work of a prankster being the most logical explanation.
