If the Prison Service did not break the law prisoners could not sue

The cost to taxpayers of funding legal action brought by prisoners is almost 20 times higher than it was seven years ago, new figures have shown
.

The answer is simple, if the authorities did not break the law and breach prisoners' legal, civil and human rights, then the taxpayer would save money. The answer is not try to save money by denying prisoners access to justice.

As for Dominic Grieve, he is a 100% Tory Toss Pot! I hope he is declaring his interests? Doesn't he work for the Rent a Gob agency?

There's a 1xtra documentary about young offenders today. I can't believe how ineffective and expensive prisons are. It's got me really passionate: http://blog.matthewcain.co.uk/prison-doesnt-work/
