Lawful Rebellion
Jailhouselawyer is considering engaging in an act of Lawful Rebellion against the UK.
Apparently it is lawful under Article 61 of Magna Carta 1215.
Bone of contention: "In the case of prisoner disenfranchisement, the issue of legitimacy is manifested in two ways. The first relates to the idea of representative democracy and proceeds on the basis that a legislature can only be said to be truly representative if it is formed out of a universal franchise".
