He is the author of the blog Order Order. He is responsible for every word published on his blog, including the comments others publish. He cannot escape liability by claiming he did not read the comments. He actively encouraged racist, sexist and homophobic comments.
Therefore, he remains a racist whatever he says about the smeargate.
