Smeargate emails were hacked
The Herald is now asking the same question I have already asked How did Paul Staines, who runs the Guido Fawkes blog and who has had something of a run-in with Mr Draper, get his hands on the McBride emails in the first place?
Might I suggest that the Tory funded Paul Staines/Guido Fawkes and co-conspirators got involved in a bit of hacking?
Perhaps some of these would like to shed some light on the issue?

Behind the smears are smearers and they come from the Right wing of politics.
A mixture of law, politics, autobiography and humour. Once described as "The Devilish Advocate" (Guardian), I do have the ability to provoke a response. Sometimes it comes from someone who uses a thought process, and sometimes from jerks usually associated with the knee.
