Ronnie Biggs should be freed on parole

Ronnie Biggs should be freed on parole

The publicity seeking Geoffrey Aldeman writes an emotionally charged piece which is rich in history but lacking any consideration of the main issue. He argues that Ronnie Biggs should not be granted parole. However, the main issue for the Parole Board to determine is whether Ronnie Biggs poses a risk to the public of re-offending. In my view, I think he can safely be released because he has retired and now only seeks a bit of publicity before he kicks the bucket.

It's whether he has paid his debt to society, and no he has not, he should have spent his time after doing the crime
