What a shame Collins J, did not issue an injunction ordering Jack Straw, Minister of Justice, to comply with Human Rights laws.
And, that Trevor "Uncle Tom" Phillips, chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, does not bring a case against the government concerning prisoners human rights to vote.
